Parcelle Wine Studio by Christopher Sealy presents the ‘Culture Sessions’ – some of you may already be familiar with the Salon Wine Tasting Sessions and the occasional Chef Dinner Collaborations. Today Parcelle evolves into the Culture Collaborations. A collaborative vision where Parcelle Wine Studio by Christopher Sealy wine education and storytelling intersects with the CULTURE of select creators and artisans, and brands.
Connecting in the worlds of food, art, literature, perfume, and sound etc. The collaborative partner is invited to present their particular craft or product, their origin story, shedding light on their perspective on the world
The participants will be exposed to specific foundational elements of the creators’ craft through storytelling, scent and taste.
We will draw parallels for guests to connect how we as individuals and as a collective see, taste, sense and observe the world around us and of course, a wine story will always be woven throughout the times we spend together

A celebration of Life & Style. Giuseppe de Caria is the visionary and creative architect behind the fragrances of Blooming Chaos.
The universe of Blooming Chaos is nurtured and formed with only natural ingredients in mind. As an artist intuits a path to creation through the chaos of a vision. Just as an architect gives form to a concept as a structure, the artist, alone, is guided by energy and a feeling towards the blooming form of the art, the fragrance.
The underlying theme of this session is ‘Life & Style’. Exploring elements that help define the style of life we want to pursue. Guided by our senses in a multi-layered experience of scent and taste - we can learn how to make the best choices for ourselves.
Blooming Chaos products are created solely with the most natural of ingredients. It is this choice that makes the difference. In addition, Parcelle Wine Studio presents wines made organic and as natural as possible. What we absorb into our bodies via our skin or via ingestion needs great consideration.
Wines to be tasted will focus on high aromatic tones - from low-intervention wines white, red and orange wines.
4pm – November 30th $140 – A journey for the senses with Blooming Chaos – multilayered journey in fragrance and wine. The event includes a guided wine tasting, a Blooming Chaos journey in scent and aroma including a Blooming Chaos Fragrance for your home.
